Is there anywhere I can go that I get a good understanding of how to do these research questions?

I went on the CPA website and took the sample test. I really have no clue how to research a topic.

Can someone please tell me what literature is out there.....where to go to get a good understanding on how to tackle part of the exam.

I would say that both Wiley Software and Gleim Software have good research questions. The best way to search a topic is to enter the keyword of the topic.

For example, if there is a research question on forming a corporation and the question asks what IRC code section and subsection makes transferring a property to a corporation tax-free?

Tax-free means you are not recognizing gain.

In the keywords, you can type "Corporate formation"

This should give you the answer. The actual answer for this question is Section 351(a)
