Heres my situation,

I am using becker and have finished the tax section of the exam and reviewed it once over, I have still not touched the business law part. Do you guys think that I can finish going over the law section and review it and then go over all the material one more time while doing the simulations & properly prepare for Reg by July 31st?

The reason I am cramming Reg is because I am hoping to be able to take BEC at the end of August & want to give myself 4 weeks to study for BEC (unless you guys think I can squeeze BEC into 3 weeks?)

I am currently working part time about 20-24 hours a week

personally, I would give BEC 3 weeks.  I think 70-80 hrs should be enough to pass BEC, which is about 3-4 hrs a day in your situation.

I think it all depends with how you are with business law, have you taken it before, maybe in college....If you have, then 2 weeks will be enough for you to study and review....... and do not forget the ethics section as well.

I'm working full-time plus (~ 50 hours per week) and spend about an hour a night preparing.  In 6 weeks, I've read the BEC book cover-to-cover, and am about halfway through the MCs on the Wiley disk.  With your schedule, you should be able to pull off BEC in 3 weeks.  Allow a little more time for REG at the expense of BEC if you can pull it off.  Good luck!!

I'm covering all the business law in 3-4 days, 2 weeks is plenty. My only worry is not having enough time to do
a review of tax again. If you need more time for REG I would say 3 weeks is plenty for BEC I got an 85 and
studied for 3 1/2 weeks.
