Last part 1/14/12, got a 74 in August...i'm miserable

I have memorized the Becker 2008 and 2011 book, and need some good study material to give me some extra questions. The last test i took had a handful of topics i've never seen in the Becker book.

Also, anyone know good study material or websites for stock options?

Thanks.

I supplement Becker questions with the Bisk book....its pretty cheap online maybe like $30-$40. I dont use this book to study because there's way more material than you would need to know, and it would overwhelm me to study from, however, the questions on each chapter are a good supplement - many of them are the same as Becker though.

Another good thing about this book is that they break each topic into smaller topics. For example, there is one chapter just on Partnerships. Then those questions are broken down into smaller topics, such as general, contributions, distributions, etc. So it really helps you focus in on what you may be weaker on. Becker seems to be all over the place.

Stock Options? Not sure. I've never seen any stock option questions in my hw questions or on either of my 4 REG exams i took - 74, 74, 87 (expired), 74, retake 1/9.

cdibeneditto:
1. I remember to have seen some discussion on JE relating to stock options, in a forum, especially as from TBS. I studied FAR with Wiley 2011 book, s/w and an earlier version of Yaeger cpa review. You can find some journal entries related text and questions and solutions in the module on stockholder equity. Cindy taught this well in the Homestudy video and her notes.
2. If you require some more inputs on stock options, try in google: journal entries accounting for stock options and you get an overwhelming  number of responses.
3. Yes, getting a 74 makes us feel miserable but we can and have to come out of it. I got a 74  in AUD and later I cleared it with a 82.
Best wishes
