A member of the AICPA owns an interest in a separate business that performs tax services. If the member does not control the business, who must comply with the Code of Professional Conduct?

A. The entity and the member.
B. The other owners.
C. The entity¡¯s employees.
D. The member only.

Please explain why. Thanks.
