Is the Wiley Book and Gleim test prep software enough to pass BEC? This is my first section and I am debating what study materials to get.

I think Wiley alone or Gleim alone would be enough to pass the cpa exam. You only supplement another material if you have enough time to do more practice. In fact, I think people should just focus on one study material, because focusing too much materials would easily miss the details. Plus, you will going around dont know which material to concentrate....

I passed BEC with a 90 just using Wiley in about 4 weeks...
