Has anyone ever heard of or used the CPA software called "Financial Prep"?

I am on victim of Financial Prep. I also found others. They lie about their product, and it is a useles product. I have found better free products.

I tried to return the software, but they refuse it. They are fraudulent and have already changed their name. The have only been in this business since 2002. I have learned that you cannot not trust business located ini FL and Las Vegas, if you know nothing about them. I have a Visa claim pending.
