Hey guys,

I have planned to take the FAR section on April 3rd. I just completed lecture F9 of Becker today..will be finishing up the MCQ in the next 2 days..

1) Thoughts on preparation in the last 3 weeks...?
2) Would you consult some other MCQ's from other sources?
3) Any other advice greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,

Mike

I used Becker for my review, and the last week before the exam, I did the one week Becker intensive review, and it helped immensely (this is back in the paper/pencil days). The other thing I did was to review the questions I missed, which I kept track of with the Becker score sheet-- I think that made the difference in passing. Also, I remember the FAR exam had a cash to accrual essay question, which is the one area I was good at, and that one problem carried me through to a passing score.

I'm in the same boat as you. Just finished watching F9 lecture yesterday. Have to do the sim for F9. I'm going to begin by taking the first final exam, then I think I am going to review my notes, use the flashcards, and just go over the materials focusing on my weaker areas. Then I'll redo MCQs for all chapters starting with a week and a half before I take the exam (April 2).

Anyone use Becker final review and found it helpful? I can't decide if I want to order it.
