Can someone provide a link or advice of the steps to be taken to be officially licensed (cleared FAR this evening, 4th and final). Thanks

You should get a "Welcome to the Fraternity" letter from your state board in two to three weeks. That will have all the details.

In the meantime, look up your state board's website and find out if an Ethics Exam is required in your state. You can get that knocked out while you are waiting for the welcome letter.
