This is true that 5 questions are not graded in each testlet, but its not true that the remaining 75 questions are 1 point each..The grading depends on the difficulty level of the question.
You do not know which 5 questions are not graded. You will have to answer each question as if they are going to get graded.

ok at least there is a buffer there to play with and it makes me feel more comfortable that if i get a question wrong to hope that it will not be graded

In addition, the MC is worth 70% of your grade, Sims (excluding the writing porton) 20% and the written communication is 10%...make sure to put enough effort into that communication tab.
