I paid the fee for all 4 parts and my NTS will expire by mid Sep.  But there is no exam in Sep.  I think it is not fare.  Is that possible to extend the NTS to mid Oct?

Thanks a lot!

No, NASBA is a jerk like that.  But they will gladly accept more money for a new NTS :)

It is so unfare!! I submitted my application in March.  It took 8 weeks to approve!  So it was May when I got my NTS.  And they take the date of application as the starting date of the 6 month period. So i have only 4 month left.  There is no exam in June and September!!

It is so unfare!!!

Mine is good for 9 months, not six.  I don't know if it's because of the state I'm in, or what.  But I would assume it's a standard format for all of us.  Since I read your post this morning, I double checked mine and it definitely gives me 9 months.  It was nice of them to put in big numbers on the front when my testing window was.

I do agree with you on the frustration over the mechanics of this process.  I just knew that if I bought all 4 tests at one time (saving time and money), I would definitely fail a test or two or life would erupt and I would have a quarter with no tests done.  Anything that is misconstrued as arrogance angers the CPA gods.  I smile some times at how superstitious I've become on this thing.

I’m finding there is a body/agency lurking on every avenue to suck dollars out of you as you work your way through this.  I guess another example of "you have to spend money to make money."
