I just purchased full set version 13 of the Bisk software. I am experienceing technical problems in the FAR section advancing to the next question with the personal trainer and the study questions. I got the following error: "error in D1.xq  unable to load question" and then I get booted out of the software. Techsupport told me that the only way they can fix the problem is for them to gain access to my computer remotely (which, for security reasons, I don't think is a good idea). Is anyone out there having the same experience and if so please share your comments with me. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software to see if it would correct the problem?
