Read the following from Becker:
"These disclosures (credit risk disclosure) apply to all entities (except non-public entities that have total assets less than $100 million) and have no instruments that are accounted for as derivatives. "
Can anybody tell me how to understand this sentence? Thanks!!!

I can take a stab...
Credit risk disclosures are not needed for companies that have assets less than 100 million and are not engaged in derivatives.
