I took the FAR last week and i thought it was very tricky. most of the mcq's were not that hard, but some ifrs questions were out of the blue. The sims were extremely challenging as i had 3 not for profit/gov sims. overall i thought i was doing ok until the sims started. The sims were extremely tricky and hard. i hope this helps others preparing for the exam. if you have any questions please let me know

did you have alot of journal entries in the sims? and was there a drop down menu where you select the journal entries or did you have to come up with the journal entries on your own?

How long did you spend preparing for FAR, and did you feel adequately prepared?

I am kinda scared of the IFRS questions. So what your suggestions will be for studying the IFRS questions?
