I sent this question to Beckers as well, thought I would ask the user group here for help as well:
Suddenly my Becker software for FAR is not popping up the spreadsheet, nor the book page, nor the answer when I click the popup buttons. The lecture notes work fine.
any advice? trying to get on with my studying for the homework!!!

got a response from Becker - the fix was simple. just had to select options on the upper right hand corner of the passmaster, and select "Reset all windows" and it cleared right up!
