Hi everyone,

I recently transferred to IL from NY and sent the NASBA NY coordinater a transfer of grades form that I needed them to send to IL. However, I read somewhere that the NY transfer of grades fee was $20. I just found out that it may be $25.

They already cashed my check for $20 and I haven't heard anything else. Anyone know the right fee or if this should be okay?

I transferred my credits from NY to LA back in the October / November timeframe. They cashed my check but I never received confirmation that the transfer occurred. Just recently I learned that there are two systems at CPA Exam services that require update once the transfer is approved - only one had been updated. I would recommend that you reach out to the IL Coordinator at CPA Examination Services (not Ryan Philips, who is the NY Coordinator) or reach out to Pat Hartman at CPA Examination Services. Pat is actually the person who assisted me since the LA Coordinator would not return my calls or emails. Good Luck!
