Gleim lists Montana together with Delaware as a CPA certificate state without public experience and license to practice. Is there any problem with Montana that I am not aware? I have heard that Delaware does not accept online accounting classes’ credits and thus, consider Montana as alternative. Plus I think you do not have to take ethic exam in that state. Please let me know of any information you have about Montana.

Montana has a 150-hour requirement.  It has no ethics or experience requirements.
