can anybody tell me about ethics exam.like when we should we take?from where?which material we should use?please let me know the details

It depends on your state. Some states use the AICPA ethics exam, while others have their own ethics class/exam. In my state, North Carolina, they have their own 8 hr class and then an exam at the end. You will have to find out your state requirements.
