I have been waiting for my NTS to arrive, and once I paid for the sections I am taking it still hasn't arrived almost 3 weeks after the fact.  I called NASBA and asked if they sent it out and said they sent my NTS nearly 2.5 weeks ago and I should have it already.  I asked to confirm the address, and they didn't have an apartment number down for me. 

They told me I had to contact Pearson, who told me to contact my state board who told me to contact Pearson to submit an address change.  Plus nobody will talk to me at the state board that knows what I need to do, I just keep leaving messages for this one lady and I get no response.  I checked my initial application that I had a copy of and I submitted my address correctly, so this is some ones elses mistake not mine.  Even though I am paying the consequences.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what I can do to spead this up?  I am running out of time to take two sections in this window, and I am sitting here ready to take FAR and want to get going.

RaiderCPA, I know this is probably no use to you now since you posted your message last month... but I would suggest you change your preference to receive your NTS by email. Much quicker, and can be resent very quickly too. Depending on which state you're a candidate of, you either change this info with NASBA or your state board.
