I am planning to apply for NY license. There is a problem. My boss got laid-off and no CPA is in my department. How do I meet this requirement? Any suggesyion will be highly appreciated.

contact your boss that got laid-off. he doesn't have to be employed by your employer currently to sign off on it. You should be able to look them up easily on the internet or on the state board's website.
