I have a friend who previously took CPA exam in PA.  According to him, he received a failing score (73) for Audit at first.  He applied through NASBA to retake the part and was studying for it, then he received a notice that his exam score was changed to 75.  Is this possible?  He did not even request for the re-score.

Did anyone have similar experience that the exam score was changed after a failing score was posted?
