Hi,
I am a BCom+CA Resident in India. I have a few queries
regarding Rule 2.5 i.e. education in lieu of experience.
1) Is it possible for a person having BCom. + CA to apply
for license under education in lieu of experience?
2) If so from which evaluation agency to apply? I heard
that different agencies may give different reviews for
the same case.
3) Is there a time limit within which I have to apply for
license?
I know that these questions have been asked and answered
before but all the posts were made in 2005 or 2006. I
wanted to know if I can still apply under Rule 2.5 now or
whether the requirements have changed.
