I used to work for a company where my boss was an active CPA from2001-2005. If I take and pass all CPA exam by 2011, will my work experience in 2001-2005 meet the requirement of pathway 1 or 2 to apply for the license? thanks

Only if he can certified that you work enough hours as CA required, if he does, then I believe you qualify for the work experiences.
