Once you become licensed by your state as a CPA, is it possible to be a Registered Agent for other states, other than your own? Assuming, you don't meet any residency requirements of other states.

No, you have to transfer your CPA exam scores to the new State and have them verify whether you comply with their requirements as to the experience and educational level. I doubt that you need to be a resident to practice in the selected State.
