My ultimate goal was to get NY license. When I passed all four parts, I couldn't apply for NY license because of the Audit experience requirement. So, Just applied for NJ & FL. Once, NY changed their requirement, I decided to get the license. Eventually, I won't renew FL and keep NY & NJ.

Congrats, late bloomer!  Good to hear that NY processed your app in less than 4 weeks.  Did you receive your license in the mail?  I just mailed my papers in on 11/23, so not long ago, but I was also wondering about the timeline.

lkbcpa2b, why do you want NY license?  Are you thinking of moving to NY?  I think the NY licensing requirements are actually easier than WA's.  Btw, I spent a lot of my childhood in WA state as well.
