Is there any other state that does not require continuing education? (Other than Illinois's registered CPA).

I just passed my 4 exams in the state of Colorado, but don't think I can make the July deadline to register in Illinois...

I sat in NJ.

Could I apply for the initial licenced by NY??

It looks like Kentucky does not require CPE for licensure
