Well...you could take the Ethics CPE twice like I did. Make sure you don't have a lot of "lagtime" between taking it and submitting your paperwork. The problem I had was I did not have all the experience required. I took Ethics CPE first to get it out of the way, then got the experience, submitted the paperwork and they rejected it telling me I had to have a recent Ethics review.

I did that, resubmitted and was certified.

It does seem frustrating, but the extra hoops are worth it, I promise!
