I am sorry if this type of questions were answered somewhere else already.

My concern is that I have taken the lastpart of my exam (Audit) on July 31, 2010 and received passing email score notification on Aug 25, 2010.

Now it is Oct 5, but I have not received anything in mail regarding 'congratulation letter'.

My neighborhood post office person has once delivered my previous exam result (FAR) to my neighbor before (lucky she came by and delivered it to me) and I am worried that my congrats mail may got misdelivered again.

Does it normally take more than 6 weeks to get your congrats letter?

Where can I call to verify if it has been sent or not? 

I have already completed the ethics exam. Can I just apply my experience doc and application without getting the official congrats letter and directions?
