My years of experience are working in the industry and I have submitted my "exeperience gained under alternative supervision - 4.1D" and been rejected due to lack of independence.
Requirement as to claim under 4.1D is to have a written agreement and been approved by the Board for pre-approval of ther terms contained. As working in the industry, it is "unusual" to have this agreement been approved by the Board... We only have our "Individual Perforamnce Objective" which draft at the beginning of the year and agreed by both employee and manager. This objectives stated the yearly tasks / projects / assignement which employees will be involved during the year. However, the objective is an agreement which between employee and direct report manager only..
Furthermore, would the definition of "independence" in an area of judgement? decision making ? In which functions which you can suggest me to bring my experience to link this definition. Please help!
