I am taking BEC tomorrow and am sure I will not pass. Would I be stupid to pay for it again, get a NTS, and re-schedule for early July before receiving my score? If I wait until scores get released the seats in early July will be taken. I am on a time crunch here since one of my sections will expire at the end of this year if I am not done. I got a 74 last time I took BEC (last year) but really think with the new material I am not ready this time.

First off, try not to be so negative.  You are not a psychic and you will not know that you failed unless you just don't try at all.  Just wait it out.  Your wait should be about only a month or so.

I am not being negative, just realistic. And I can't waste a month. I have 2 more sections to take and I have to be done with everything by the end of November. I might just go on to the next section and schedule that one for early-mid July, then re-take BEC in mid August.

You can't re-register until you receive your score- passing or not. The website will not allow you to do so.

Once you take a test, move onto the next section, and don't even think about the last one, don't even review it or try to "stay fresh." If God forbid you find out that  you fail, you may start studying for it once you take your next test in line, and you are actually preparing for your re-take.  You can't afford to waste time studying for a test that you may have passed anyway. Too much new stuff to learn.
