I am 8 days away from taking my first exam (BEC), in California. I know nothing about how the scores on exams are later conveyed to candidates. Can someone simply give me an idea how I will be made aware of my grade? Is it through regular mail, e-mail, a website? And, how long might I have to wait to find out? Thanks.

Scootter,
It all varies from state to state. Go to the California Bd of Acct. and see what the procedures are. Most states now have it where a candidate can check their scores online. Scores for your window should be released between the middle and end of Sept. Just check this website or check the tweets from the AICPA/NASBA to see when the scores will be released.
