I have recently resigned from a CPA position with a Sole practitioner
firm after more than one year well not on good terms. Last month things
were getting very heated relating to work and promised salary increase
etc. My boss was my supervisor and only person authorized to sign off
the EVA form. Now after 2 requests within 15 days there is no sign of
him sending the form to me.
I had called our IL board. One time
one lady had told me that you document the request letters and if
required send the licensing form with your check stubs ( BTW I have the
job offer letter, some time sheets, and check stubs for the whole period
of my work there) . Today when I call the IDFPR another person saying
there is no such provision. You have to absolutely submit the signed off
form from the supervisor.
I am so tensed with no job and job
search and on the top of this all these issues. Has anyone gone thru any
of the above mentioned issues w.r.t. their sign off procedure? Is there any other way I can apply for the license?
