Well, I was just reading up on CPA mobility. The concept is
great but I wonder what the difference is between mobility,
transfer and reciprocity?

Say if I am licensed in one of the mobility states, and the
other state is a participant as well, what would be the
difference if I don't transfer license? And why would
someone in my situation still want to transfer even though
he can practice in that other state?

Any thought?
