I am also in MA...I want to know what's the difference between non-reporting license and reporting license....Does a non-reporting license allow to use out of MA? Would a CPA firm hire a non-reporting licensed CPA?

I would have passed all 4 in the coming score release...How much time do I have to complete the ethnic exam ? If I get the non-reporting license, do I have to complete the ethnic exam? What's the major difference in between non-reporting and reporting license? Does it means my job search will much narrowed down due to non-reporting?
