I am doing MBA and have plans to prepare for CPA exam. I take some of the classes online in order to avoid long commute. Does anyone know if state board of accountancy (TX) gives credit for online classes.....

A maximum of 15 accounting hours can be taken online. This means you must take at least 15 accounting hours in a traditional classroom in order to meet the 30 hour requirement. See link below.

It looks like the ethics course can now be taken online. When I took ethics it had to physical attendance in a traditional classroom. It is good that this has been revised.
