Hi all,

I am in Cameroon and i want to do an online registration for REG,AUD and FAR. I am being asked for my Jurisdiction. Can someone tell me if online registration can be done only for US residents? Thanks for any input.

Online registration is available only for returning applicant.

I don't think it has anything to do with being US resident.
