I have a bachelors in Finance and an MBA in Finance.  I have about 12 credits of accounting courses total including introductory courses and have signed up at the university here in Florida to take the rest of the courses I need for Florida, about a  year and a half if all goes well.

But I'm really not that patient and want my CPA exam done so what states will let me sit now or will let me sit with an additional 6 credits that I will finish in federal taxation 2 and intermediate accounting after the next semester that begins January 2009?

I'm thinking Maine is the easiest to sit for, but I'm nervous now about people saying grades expire in Florida or some nonsense.

New hampshire is who I am taking it through.  12 credits counts basic courses.  so if you took accounting 1 and 2 like me as a finance major and had 3 credits as an mba, you should be almost there. I took federal taxes as an elective in undergrad so I had the credits to go through new hampshire.

I felt relatively prepared with Yaeger,  They gave all the information almost identical to what you would see on the test, but I could have studied more.
