I applied for the 120 credit option but after speaking with the dean at my school he adviced me to apply for 150 credit option. How can I change it? Can I withdraw the curent application and re-submit to qualify under option of 150 credits?

I believe you should talk to the authorities you applied to personally and explain the situation. They will surely tell you the way out.
