I have one more semester to meet my 150 credit requirement. I have not take Law and the accountant yet. From my understanding, I cannot apply for the exam in Florida until after I finish that course. I also understand that I can apply to take the exam in Arizona/ Georgia and then transfer it to Florida after I finish this course. Can anyone explain what I need to do? This spring semester I will be taking Law and the Accountant and 2 more classes needed to meet the 150 credit requirement. If I wanted to take REG in the April-May window....where should I apply, how, and how do I transfer it to Florida after I finish law and the acct? Thank you and happy new year.

I'm in Florida and was in your same situation.  I graduated in December 08, but took Commerical Law the semester after that.  You can send in your application and your transcripts separately.  So I filled out the application and sent it in right after a graduated, without my transcripts.  And the day Commercial Law was put on my transcripts I sent those in.  So because i sent my application in early, the time it took to be approved after they got my transcripts was a lot faster.  So i suggest doing that.  Send in your application and then send in your transcripts once you take the law class.

Since your law class will be on your transcripts probably around May, you won't be able to take Reg until probably July.

So what would you suggest?

Apply for Florida, and send transcripts in April and try to sit for Reg in July

or

Apply for Arizona now (does not require 2 law courses to sit) and take Reg in May.
