   I am pretty new to this form and would like to seek advise from the members of the forum.

About Myself:

I have done B.Com ( Bachelors in Accounting) 18 years ago from India and been working in the U.S for the past 12 yrs in the IT industry. I am presently doing my MBA from an U.S Ivy League business school and likely to graduate this year.

I would like to know if i satisfy the requirements to apply for CPA exam. I am pretty strong in Financial and Managerial Accounting, Finance, Management and Economics ( all the courses from Business school).

When do i start applying for the Exam if i would like to finish by mid of next year. Can i apply for the exam before the MBA graduation or do i wait for the completion of MBA to fulfil 150 credit hrs?

I really appreciate your advise.
