Will employers start preferring candidates who have passed the new CPA
exam over the old?

I'm planning to sit for all sections this fall. Would it be better for me wait and
take the new CPA exam in 2011?

I can't think of a single reason why an employer would care, all that matters is that you pass the exam...the sooner the better

They couldn't care less and you'll look foolish if you try and sell it as an attribute during an interview.

Define employers I suppose, if you mean accounting firms,
they don't care too much when they hire you, but for
retention purposes, they care a ton.
