Hi guys i'm manu from india. I'm planning to write cpa. But i think i need only a CPA certificate and not license. Can you suggest me some states which issues certificate without any work experience?.
I heard that many states stopped issuing certificates and candidates need to apply for licence only, is that true?.
Thanks

After January 2006, Delaware requires that anyone who applies to sit for the CPA exam after January 2006 must complete all requirements for both a certificate and permit to practice. You can no longer obtain a certificate only.
