I applied to sit for CPA in MA and I should be able to pass
all four parts of the exam by the end of this year.
However, the company that I am going to work for next year
decided to relocate me to Connecticut. They want me to get
my CPA licensed in Connecticut instead of MA.
I wonder how I can change state after passing my cpa exam,
given that I don't have the license yet. Plus is there any
way that I can contact Nasba regarding this question? I
went to Nasba website and I got really confused.
Thanks

You should be able to transfer your grades into Connecticut providing that
you meet their educational requirements to sit for the exam. If you meet
their educational requirements, then you will need to show them that you
have the work experience that Connecticut wants you to have for the CPA
license there.

I am in a similar situation but will be sitting for the exams in Nebraska and then moving to Oregon afterwards. I am currently working towards my experience here in Nebraska but will likely leave before I finish it so I will not be able to get my license here in Nebraska. I believe that if I was performing this job in Oregon it would count towards the experience requirement and I would have worked long enough. So my question is, does the experience transfer as well as the exam credits?

Yes, as the experience should transfer as long as it is the same type of
experience required by the second state.

Okay thanks. I believe that it would but I will check with the board to make sure.
