Which University provides online Auditing classes online with at least 3 credit hours & should be accepted by Delaware board of accountancy.

I would avoid the LSU online Auditing course. I took that class and did not pass. Since the second week, my e-mails to the instructor were NEVER answered. The homework was always graded full points but you will be quite surprised when you get your exam results back.
Without any comments or remarks, your exam grades will be disappointing even if you studied hard. And when you ask the instructor about your exam results, you don't get a response back.
I was pretty upset about wasting my money on their online course and took the Auditing course at UCLA Extension. Passed the class with a B.
The UCLA Extension Auditing online course cost a hundred dollars more but you actually get a response back when you e-mail the instructor. And you use one of the current Auditing textbooks and not an outdated version like LSU.
Find another school that offers Auditing online and avoid LSU at all costs. Hope that helps.
