I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, from a reputable Indian university. Since it was a 3-year course, I understand that I can apply only to the Delaware State Board if I want to take the CPA exam. However, as I don't meet the eligibility requirements, I was told that I would need to take a few courses in accounting, auditing and US Federal Taxation.

Now, I would like to know that if I did an MBA in Finance, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, will I then be able to sit for the CPA exam in any state?

You will most likely not want to be a Delaware candidate in any case as
they are changing their eligibility rules in 2012. If you did a two year
MCom majoring in accounting, there will certainly be states that would
allow you to write the exam.
