I recently completed my fourth and final section of the exam (thank God!). However, when I received my blue "Uniform CPA Examination Score Notice" sheet, next to each section, there are still expiration dates. I've been told that once all 4 sections are passed within 18 months, you're done, for good, and will never have to take a section ever again. My credit for these can't expire, right? Or am I supposed to register the fact that I passed or something? I never received anything saying like, congratulations you're done, just the same notice sheet with the same expiration dates. I'm still about 3 months away from my 1 year of experience required for certification, but this notice says that my REG score expires at about the same time. Should I be worried? This question has probably already been asked, and if so I apologize but I couldn't find this thread. Thanks in advance!

I would call the state board. Credit expiration differs among the states.

It varies by state (check your state board) but there is usually a considerable & sufficient amount of time before the
credit "expires". I remember looking into this when I had the same question and from what I recall the expriation varied
between 5-7 years from passing the final exam section.
