Can I go to other states' test center which is closer to my home to take the cpa exam?

Yes.
From Becker CPA FAQ:
MAY I PHYSICALLY SIT FOR THE EXAM OUTSIDE OF MY STATE OR
jURISDICTION? Generally, yes. You may sit for the exam at
any Prometric location regardless of your jurisdiction of
application. However, you can only be registered with one
state at a time and must meet the licensing state’s
requirements, regardless of the physical location in
which you choose to sit for the exam. You should verify
all pertinent information with the state board of
accountancy to which you are applying for
licensure

You definitely can. The state where you registered to take the exam and the location where you actually sit to take it are two completely different things. I registered with Georgia because at the time I didn't meet all the Florida requirements. However, I never actually went to Georgia to take the exam. I took them all here in Florida.
