I have cleared all papers of CPA from colarado but I don't intend to
work in US. I am going india for good . Do I have to take ethical exam
or get the certificate/license.Please help me!!

The answer all depends on why you sat for the CPA exam...did you take and
pass it just to be able to say that you did or do you want to be able to call
yourself a CPA?
