I am not sure how to approach the big 4 job opportunities. Applying on their website does not seem to help. Also, I am not a fresh graduate ( I graduated in December 2006), so campus recruitment is not really an option. People who are working for the big, can you suggest ways to apply etc.

Unless you have a master's degree with a high gpa + beta alpha psi + networking they won't even talk to you.
