No. you aren't screwed. These are very competive, since there aren't many spots; but also consider that not many sophs are even going for it... internship maybe more important as the Big4 hiring period have shifted from spring recruiting to fall recruitment for both staff and internship positions. You should check with your school for recruiting event dates.
they are? man my university basically had to beg our accounting program to go. luckily i went to an E&Y one, got a ton of free food and finally learned how to network (i honestly had no idea what big 4 was back when i did it, lol).
it's mostly for rising seniors and juniors iirc (depending how motivated you are).

There are national and local summer leadership programs and I don't think that those on a local level are useful in terms of getting into Big 4. I attended one of these and it didn't increase my chances at all. From what I read, national programs almost guarantee you an offer< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">
