they got it down to a science as to whether you use 1 or 2
or 3 decimal places on other forums that are not related to
Public Accounting.
What do people at your school do? What do experienced
hires do?

I would say 2 decimal places, but 1 is perfectly fine (if I
had like 3.78 I would do 2 decimal places)
Experienced hires may not even put a GPA. If they got Summa
or Magna, that would be more likely
